I architected a complete Brand Identity and Visual Strategy for this modern real estate venture, centered on the foundational concept of "Home + Era." The objective was to create a visual language that balances high-end luxury with the warmth of secure residential living. I designed a sophisticated Logo System and developed a comprehensive Brand Manual (Guidelines) to ensure seamless consistency across all digital and physical touchpoints. Moving away from generic property branding, I engineered a "Trust-First" aesthetic that positions the brand as a premium leader in development and long-term investment. From the strategic color hierarchy to the refined layout standards, every detail was crafted to reflect reliability and a new era in the real estate market.
